Step 1
Send the number
Your budget, date, guest count and where the event is. Tell us what matters most: the table, the ceremony, the food, the photos. Say whether the number is for rentals only or the whole event.
Step 2
We build to it
We put together the order that fits: which chairs, which tables, how many linens, what the buffet needs. If you want the event planned too, the planning team builds the rest of it inside the same number.
Step 3
You adjust, then approve
You get it in writing, line by line, with delivery, setup and teardown included. Swap anything, add anything, take anything out. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
Where a budget stretches
The same guest count can be furnished several ways. These are the choices that move the total most.
Chairs
Chiavari and cross-back chairs are the look most people picture. Folding chairs seat the same guests for less. Many couples put the statement chairs where the photos happen and folding chairs everywhere else.
Tables
Round tables and long rectangular tables seat guests differently, so the same guest count can need a different number of tables and cloths. We work out the count that fits your room and your budget.
Linens
Linens change the whole room, but not every table needs the full treatment. Full cloths where guests sit, runners and napkins to carry the colors, simpler cloths on the service tables.
The food service
A buffet and a plated dinner need very different equipment. Chafers, carriers and platters for a buffet line, a full place setting and flatware for plated. Your caterer's plan decides the list.
Rentals only
You have the plan and the vendors. Send your budget with your date and guest count, and we build the rentals order to fit.

- Can you really work with my budget?
- Send the number you have. We build the order that fits it, and if it cannot cover everything on your wish list, we say so plainly and show you what it does cover and what to trade.
- Does my budget have to include delivery and setup?
- Tell us which way you mean it. Delivery, setup and teardown are always quoted with the order, so the total you approve is the total.
- Can you plan the whole event, not only the rentals?
- Yes. WaterVue Events Co., the planning house we are part of, plans weddings, corporate events and special occasions. Tick "plan the whole event" on the quote form and one team handles both.
- What if I do not have a budget yet?
- Build a list from the catalog and send it with your date and guest count. We reply with the order priced, and you can adjust from there.
