How much do holiday party rentals cost?
Send a quote request with the items you want, your date, guest count and location, and we reply with the order priced. Delivery, setup and teardown are quoted with it.
How many tables do I need for 40 guests?
60" rounds, which seat 6–8, take 5–7 tables; 72" rounds, which seat 8–10, take 4–5 tables. The lower number seats every table to its maximum; the higher gives each guest more room. Plan one chair per guest.
Can you rent tables and chairs for Thanksgiving dinner at home?
Yes. 8' rectangular and banquet tables make one long family table, rounds suit a bigger crowd, and folding or cross-back chairs cover every seat. Send your headcount and address with the quote request.
When should we book rentals for a December party?
As soon as you have a date and a rough headcount. An early request is the surest way to get the pieces you want, and the list can change after you send it.
Where do you deliver?
Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach & 30A, Navarre, Niceville, Crestview and Okaloosa Island. Put the venue or address in your quote request and we confirm delivery and setup for that location when we reply.
