- Round table seating chart: how many people fit at each size
A 60-inch (5-foot) round table seats 8 comfortably and up to 10 (typical); a 72-inch (6-foot) round seats 10 comfortably and up to 12 (typical). We list our own 60-inch rounds at 6 to 8 and 72-inch rounds at 8 to 10, which leaves room for full place settings and a centerpiece.

A beach ceremony needs a chair for every seated guest, an arbor or other focal point, and a small table for the signing or a unity piece; a reception adds guest tables, linens, flatware and catering equipment. Check the beach’s rules before you order, because glass is banned on the public beaches around Destin and 30A and setups come down the same day.
- How much flatware you need per guest
Count one piece of each utensil per guest for every course that uses it, then add 10 to 15 percent for drops and late additions (typical). A three-course plated dinner for 100 guests needs about 200 forks, 100 knives and 100 spoons before that buffer (typical).
